What are you going to do

Key responsibilities

Own discipline methods, procedures and technical delivery; optimize design to meet specs, codes, standards and regulations.
Proactively plan and deliver discipline activities and deliverables within agreed schedule and budget.
Define and manage discipline resource needs across the project.
Ensure discipline scope is delivered to contractual requirements and internal requirements.
Capture lessons learned; understand change impact within/across project system boundaries.
Manage all discipline interfaces, including third parties: clients, subcontractors, vendors, classification societies and regulatory bodies.
Act as Principal for an assigned scope and/or serve as Technical Expert / Engineering Method Authority when designated.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements

Engineer Diploma in a relevant discipline.
10-15 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong capability across: engineering design & calculation tools, detailed design, package engineering & manufacturing, marine, reliability/operability/safety, sub-contracting, site engineering, analysis, hazards & effects management / formal safety assessment, and planning
