Introduction

Join our client - a leading global oilfield services provider - as an entry-level Maintenance Associate within the Reservoir Performance team. You'll help prepare and maintain treating equipment, support inspections, record transactions in business systems, and enhance asset reliability. With close supervision, you'll complete hands-on tasks, contribute to continuous improvement, and develop both technical and soft skills through structured training.

What are you going to do 

  • Support maintenance activities including buffing, painting, assembly and disassembly of equipment under supervision.
  • Inspect and record maintenance data for operational equipment including treating iron, wellhead crossovers, and blowout preventers.
  • Contribute to equipment preparation, reliability practices, and process improvement.
  • Accurately capture maintenance-related data in business systems.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE and competency standards.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Hands-on aptitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn business systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior oil & gas or maintenance experience beneficial, but not essential.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

Training & Development

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to undertake:

  • Required HSE training.
  • Forklift Operator and Overhead Crane training (once eligible).
  • Treating Equipment Inspection Course (after six months' involvement in servicing activities).
