We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Material & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Papua, Indonesia. What are you going to do 

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end materials management and logistics for our mining projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely flow of equipment, consumables, and critical spares to support mining operations and site construction activities. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with HSE requirements and industry standards.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 15+ years' experience in materials coordination, logistics, and warehouse management in the mining or heavy industry sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of mine site supply chain and EPC project workflows.
  • Proficiency in SAP, FMS, FDB, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certifications in Warehouse & Inventory Management, QMS, or Supervisory Management.
