The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in precision engineering, product development, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within the semiconductor industry. Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
Strong expertise in precision mechanical design and product development.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving technical decisions.
Hands-on knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA, and DFMEA.
Experience with NX, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D CAD tools.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and global engineering teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with leading semiconductor equipment manufacturers is highly preferred.
