What are you going to do 

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of high-precision mechanical systems for advanced semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in precision engineering, product development, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within the semiconductor industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies with global engineering teams.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
  • Strong expertise in precision mechanical design and product development.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving technical decisions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA, and DFMEA.
  • Experience with NX, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar 3D CAD tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and global engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with leading semiconductor equipment manufacturers is highly preferred.
