Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen mit und ohne Bestellbezug unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher sowie interner Vorschriften
  • Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Anzahlungen und Schlussrechnungen
  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Rechnungsbearbeitung gemäß steuerlichen und handelsrechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Fachabteilungen und Projektverantwortlichen
  • Überwachung von Zahlungsfristen und Klärung offener Rechnungsfragen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, insbesondere in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung / Buchhaltung
  • Erfahrung im Baugewerbe oder einer projektorientierten Branche von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der steuerlichen Vorschriften zur Rechnungslegung, insbesondere im Reverse-Charge-Verfahren (§ 13b UStG)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
