What are you going to do

Kaufmännische Unterstützung bei der Planung und Abwicklung von Infrastruktur- und Bauprojekten
Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Ausschreibungen und Verträgen
Vorbereitung und Überwachung von Bestellungen sowie Termin- und Kostenkontrolle
Pflege und Verwaltung von Projektunterlagen im Dokumentenmanagementsystem
Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Fachabteilungen und externen Partner:innen
Mitwirkung bei Projektnachverfolgung und Berichterstattung

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischem Bezug
Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung, Einkauf oder Controlling von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP-Systemen und DMS
Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
