What are you going to do

Kalkulation und Budgetierung schlüsselfertiger Hochbauprojekte auf Basis von 3D-Modellen (z. B. Allplan, Nevaris)
Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen nach VOB/BGB/DIN mit BIM-Tools
Einholung, Bewertung und Verhandlung von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenangeboten
Analyse von Chancen, Risiken und Nachträgen in Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam
Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Planern und internen Abteilungen zur Klärung technischer und kaufmännischer Fragen
Baustellenbesuche und Verhandlung von Sondervorschlägen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bauwesen
Sicherer Umgang mit BIM, 3D-Modelling und Kalkulationssoftware (z. B. Allplan, Nevaris)
Technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähig, kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und belastbar
Bundesweite Reisebereitschaft (ca. 2-3 Mal pro Monat)
