What are you going to do

We are reaching out on behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector, who is seeking a dedicated Job Performer - E&I to join our client's team on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is central to ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution of Electrical & Instrumentation activities on site, leading crews, coordinating daily work and maintaining high standards of productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
Allocates work to the workers on daily basis.
Supervises the work and ensures that productivity is maintained at high levels.
Defines and requests on daily basis equipment and materials necessary for the work.
Keeps records of the work, time sheet etc.
Calls for inspection when parts of the work are ready as per the quality control plan.
Guides and assists the workers technically.
Ensure that the work is performed at the required quality standards.
Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Essential skills and knowledge

High School or Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects.
Mandatory approval & existing account in ADNOC. Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and construction activities.
Familiarity with PTW (Permit to Work) systems and isolation procedures. Knowledge of ADNOC safety requirements.
Experience working in live operating plants is preferred.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
