What are you going to do

Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und operative Gesamtverantwortung des CDS
Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Servicequalität sowie Einhaltung definierter SLAs
Priorisierung, Koordination und Steuerung von Anforderungen aus Betrieb, SOC und Produktbereichen
Eskalationsmanagement sowie zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle für interne und externe Stakeholder
Erstellung von Reportings und datenbasierte Service-Steuerung anhand relevanter KPIs (z. B. MTTR)
Sicherstellung der Auditfähigkeit inkl. Nachweisführung und Dokumentation
Initiierung, Umsetzung und Steuerung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP/CSI)

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar notwendig
Kenntnisse im IT-Servicemanagement, idealerweise ITIL notwendig
Erfahrung mit ISMS (ISO 27001) und idealerweise QMS (ISO 9001) von Vorteil
Erfahrung in der Service- und KPI-Steuerung wünschenswert
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
