Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des IT-Budgets sowie der IT-Kosten
Mitarbeit bei Budgetplanungen, Forecasts und Hochrechnungen (Kostenstellen- und Businessplanung)
Analyse von Kostenentwicklungen, Abweichungen und Kostenverteilungen im IT-Umfeld
Unterstützung im IT-Kostenreporting sowie bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen
Mitarbeit im Beschaffungsprozess inkl. Bestellungen, Kontierungs- und Rechnungsprüfung
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports und Dashboards (z. B. Power BI oder SAP Analytics Cloud)
Operative Unterstützung im Controlling sowie Datenanalyse im IT-Umfeld

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld
Grundkenntnisse in Budgetplanung, Kostenrechnung und Reporting
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel zur Datenanalyse und Auswertung
Erste Erfahrungen mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI oder SAP Analytics Cloud) von Vorteil
Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis
Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Eigeninitiative
