What are you going to do 

  • Führung und Koordination des Instandhaltungsteams (mechanisch/elektrisch)

  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

  • Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Minimierung von Stillstandszeiten

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von präventiven Instandhaltungskonzepten

  • Überwachung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik und externen Dienstleistern

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Maschinenbau

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung, idealerweise in leitender Funktion

  • Führungskompetenz und Organisationsgeschick

  • Kenntnisse in SAP PM oder vergleichbaren Instandhaltungs-/ERP-Systemen

  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
