Introduction

Brunel International is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer with FPSO expertise to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment within the oil and gas industry.

What are you going to do 

As an HSE Officer specializing in FPSO operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of all activities related to Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading (FPSO) units. Your primary duties will include conducting risk assessments, implementing safety procedures, and monitoring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Additionally, you will be required to investigate incidents, provide training to staff, and maintain accurate HSE records.

Essential skills and knowledge 

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field- Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry, with specific experience in FPSO operations- Strong knowledge of FPSO safety regulations, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Proven track record of implementing successful HSE initiatives and programs- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management software

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
