What are you going to do

Brunel is seeking skilled Final Trim Operators and Scraper Operators for an immediate start on a major mining project in Weipa, QLD. FIFO from Brisbane or Cairns on a 2/1 roster.

Final Trim Operators: Precision work with Dozer, Graders and excavators to achieve perfect surface tolerances
Scraper operators

Excavator, Moxy & Compactor operators

Dayshifts only
Long-term contract running until December 2025 (likely extensions)
Paid FIFO from Brisbane and Cairns

Essential skills and knowledge

For Final Trim Operators:

RII ticket for Grader, Dozer and/or Excavator
Proven experience in final trim/finish grading
Ability to work to tight tolerances

For Scraper Operators:

RIIMPO338E - Conduct Scraper Operations
Minimum 2+ years scraper experience in mining/civil
GPS machine control experience (advantageous)

All Candidates Must Have:

Drivers License
Ability to pass pre-employment medical
Willing to get G1 ticket
