What are you going to do

Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung bei technischen Problemen im 1st Level Support
Unterstützung von Benutzern bei IT-Anfragen und -Problemen
Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten zur Systemoptimierung
Dokumentation von IT-Infrastrukturen und -Prozessen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Breites Verständnis von IT-Systemen, Netzwerken und Betriebssystemen
Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Teamfähigkeit
Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Benutzern und Teams
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
