What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expedite vendor and subcontractor deliverables to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor manufacturing, inspection, and shipment status of project materials.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics, and vendors to resolve delays.
  • Review and follow up on vendor documentation, inspection release notes, and shipping documents.
  • Prepare regular expediting reports and progress updates for project management.
  • Identify risks to delivery schedules and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Support site or yard expediting activities as required.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of expediting experience in offshore, FPSO, oil & gas, or EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspections, and logistics.
  • Good communication skills and experience dealing with international vendors.
  • Willingness to travel to vendor premises or yards when required.
