What are you going to do 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage engineering deliverables, schedules and progress tracking; ensure compliance with project requirements and client specifications.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, structural, hull) and resolve design clashes.
  • Review and approve technical documents (specifications, data sheets, drawings, calculations) and oversee QA/QC of engineering outputs.
  • Support procurement by preparing technical scopes, evaluating vendor documents and participating in FAT/SAT reviews.
  • Maintain documentation control, engineering logs and project reporting to stakeholders.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Naval Architecture, Offshore or similar).
  • 5+ years' experience in offshore oil & gas projects, preferably FPSO or marine projects.
  • Strong project coordination, technical review and documentation skills.
  • Familiar with industry standards and classification society requirements (e.g., DNV, ABS, Lloyd's).
  • Proficient with project engineering tools, drawing systems (e.g., AutoCAD/PDMS/OpenPlant) and MS Project or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills.
