Roles Overview

Role involves management oversight of engineering activities, deliverables, and project coordination
Candidate will manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams across Conceptual, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases
Strong exposure to pipeline engineering, routing, and construction projects is preferred
Experience working with NOCs, PMC/EPCM organizations, and Middle East & Africa projects is required
The role includes engineering reviews, manpower planning, technical coordination, and client interaction
Candidates with strong leadership, engineering management, and project execution experience are preferred

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Chemical or related discipline)
15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / PMC projects
Strong experience in FEED, Conceptual & Detailed Engineering
Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and deliverables
Exposure to pipeline engineering, construction, and technical coordination
Experience with NOCs, PMC/EPCM organizations, and Middle East projects preferred
Knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and engineering software
Strong communication, leadership, and client coordination skills
Qatar MME/MMUP/UPDA License preferred
