Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, maintenance, and testing activities on the FPSO.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Review electrical drawings and specifications to plan work and identify potential issues.
Lead and manage electrical team members, providing guidance and training as required.
Collaborate with project engineers, QA/QC, and other disciplines to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
Maintain accurate documentation related to electrical work, inspections, and tests.
Monitor and enforce safety practices and procedures among the electrical workforce.
Essential skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in offshore oil and gas projects, preferably FPSO.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installation standards.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant electrical certification or diploma preferred.
