What are you going to do
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, maintenance, and testing activities on the FPSO.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Review electrical drawings and specifications to plan work and identify potential issues.
- Lead and manage electrical team members, providing guidance and training as required.
- Collaborate with project engineers, QA/QC, and other disciplines to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to electrical work, inspections, and tests.
- Monitor and enforce safety practices and procedures among the electrical workforce.
Essential skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in offshore oil and gas projects, preferably FPSO.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installation standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant electrical certification or diploma preferred.
