Introduction

What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commissioning of electrical systems with a focus on Power Management Systems, including system integration, testing, and validation.
  • Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Perform functional testing of PMS components such as load shedding, synchronization, power factor correction, and energy monitoring.
  • Interface with design engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure proper installation and configuration of PMS hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
  • Document commissioning results, prepare detailed reports, and support handover to operations and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and quality standards throughout the commissioning process.
  • Provide training and technical support to client personnel on PMS operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical commissioning, with a strong emphasis on Power Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical protection, control systems, and energy distribution networks.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and control logic.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
