What are you going to do 

As a Drafter, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing detailed construction documentation usingRevit
  • Producing accurate drawings for luxury residential and multi-residential developments.
  • Coordinating documentation with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Managing drawing revisions, design changes, and construction updates.
  • Ensuring documentation complies with Australian Building Codes, standards, and project requirements.
  • Supporting projects from concept design through to construction delivery.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in residential drafting (please do not apply if you don't have any experience)
  • Strong Australian/local residential project experience.
  • Advanced Revit experience
  • Experience working on high-end residential and/or multi-residential projects.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A passion for delivering quality design outcomes and progressing your career.
