What are you going to do

Aufbau und Betrieb des gesamten Dokumentationsmanagements
Verwaltung des Master Document Registers
Steuerung von Dokumenten, Revisionen und Freigaben
Nachverfolgung von Lieferanten- und Planerdokumentation
Unterstützung des Genehmigungsmanagements
Revisionssichere Projekt- und Behörden-Dokumentation

Essential skills and knowledge

Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Ingenieurwesen/Dokumentenmanagement
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Dokumentenmanagement
Erfahrung in Anlagenbau-, Infrastruktur- oder Kraftwerksprojekten
Sicherer Umgang mit DMS/CDE-Systemen und MS-Office
Erfahrung mit Dokumentenregistern, Revisionen, Freigabeworkflows, sowie mit Lieferanten- und Planerdokumentation
Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch gut
