What are you going to do

Steuerung und Koordination von Instandsetzungs- und Produktionsaufträgen
Ermittlung von Instandsetzungsanforderungen sowie Planung und Freigabe von Aufträgen in SAP
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung von Material, Baugruppen, Betriebsmitteln und Dokumentationen
Planung und Steuerung von Materialdisposition sowie erforderlichen Zuarbeiten im Verantwortungsbereich
Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Qualitätsabnahmen mit internen Fachbereichen und Kundenvertretern sowie Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellenpartnern
Erstellung und Pflege von Instandsetzungsdokumentationen, Reparaturberichten und Qualitätsmeldungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Disposition, Materialsteuerung, Produktionsplanung oder Instandsetzung erforderlich
Kenntnisse im Umfeld Produktion, Instandhaltung, Materialwirtschaft oder Maintenance & Repair sind ein Must-Have
Erfahrung in der Auftragssteuerung, Terminplanung und Dokumentation technischer Prozesse wünschenswert
Gute Kenntnisse in SAP ERP, SAP DSP sowie MS-Office-Anwendungen erforderlich
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse notwendig
