Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a talented Contracts Engineer to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on a contract basis. This high-profile role will allow you to play a crucial part in managing and optimizing contractual processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

To administer, manage, and monitor contracts and subcontracts ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Manage end-to-end contract administration for EPC/EPCM projects.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and variations.
Evaluate and process change orders and claims.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations.
Coordinate with procurement, legal, project, and finance teams.
Monitor contract performance and obligations.
Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
Maintain contract documentation and records.
Support tender preparation and bid evaluation.
Liaise with stakeholders on contractual issues.

Essential skills and knowledge

Experience in UAE/GCC projects (ADNOC preferred).
Exposure to EPC/EPCM and subcontract administration.
Relevant Experience: 8+ Years.
GCC Work Experience is mandatory.
