What are you going to do

Review, comment / recommend acceptance or otherwise of related consultants' submissions
Liaise with utilities providers and other stakeholders.
Performance of other related duties as per management instructions
Assisting/preparing design reports, or any other reports as directed
Liaise with subject matter experts on technical/ commercial subjects in a positive, collaborative manner to prepare controlled documents
Administers correspondence, documentation, with Internal and External Partners (Work Orders etc)
Manage staff attendance in Order to ensure required data is available for invoice preparation without delay

Essential skills and knowledge

BSc from a recognized university.
10 years of demonstrable experience in design and construction of infrastructure projects, with satisfactory exposure to all related disciplines.
Working knowledge of written and/or spoken Arabic would be advantageous
Experience of Contracts, claims/arbitration and dispute resolution procedures
Working /preparing Evaluation reports, or any other reports as directed
Reviewing and updating existing contracts (Addendums)
