What are you going to do 

  • Review, comment / recommend acceptance or otherwise of related consultants' submissions
  • Liaise with utilities providers and other stakeholders.
  • Performance of other related duties as per management instructions
  • Assisting/preparing design reports, or any other reports as directed
  • Liaise with subject matter experts on technical/ commercial subjects in a positive, collaborative manner to prepare controlled documents
  • Administers correspondence, documentation, with Internal and External Partners (Work Orders etc)
  • Manage staff attendance in Order to ensure required data is available for invoice preparation without delay

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • BSc from a recognized university.
  • 10 years of demonstrable experience in design and construction of infrastructure projects, with satisfactory exposure to all related disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of written and/or spoken Arabic would be advantageous
  • Experience of Contracts, claims/arbitration and dispute resolution procedures
  • Working /preparing Evaluation reports, or any other reports as directed
  • Reviewing and updating existing contracts (Addendums)
