What are you going to do 

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Claims Manager / Delay Expert to support a major railway infrastructure project.

The successful candidate will work closely with project management, technical teams, and the client to assess delays, disruptions, variations, and programme impacts across rolling stock and railway systems packages.

  • Delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, Contractor claims review, Critical path analysis, FIDIC contract administration, Dispute and arbitration support
  • Review and assess contractor delay and EOT claims
  • Perform critical path and forensic schedule analysis using Primavera P6
  • Analyse programme impacts, disruptions, and concurrent delays
  • Evaluate Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and contractor schedules
  • Prepare professional reports, recommendations, and contractual determinations
  • Support dispute resolution processes including Dispute Boards, mediation, and arbitration
  • Coordinate with technical, planning, and contract administration teams
  • Liaise with the client and contractors on delay and contractual matters
  • Advise project teams on FIDIC contractual requirements and entitlements
