What are you going to do 

Our client is a well-established Pharmaceutical company with a strong product pipeline

  • Assist with contract reviews – partner contracts (distribution, promotion, licensing); vendor/supplier contracts eg services agreements, MSA; HCP/HCO contracts
  • Assist with contracts management, including through archiving and using system tools such as Ariba, and contracts process improvement e.g. gap analysis, reviewing and updating existing processes, templates etc
  • Assist with review of internal policies e.g. P2P, credit policies, global procurement, supply chain, BE or Ethics and to map these into the APAC Contracts Manual so that it is a “one-stop shop” for users
  • Assist with preparing materials for training on legal / contracts topics
  • Manage data privacy operations (mapping of applicable legislation to create a reference database for the APAC users from medical, market access etc, review and update materials such as notices, consent forms, assist with DPIA and data mapping using online tools/systems available, train users on privacy
  • Assist with Corp Secretarial matters eg delegations, annual filings, company registration records and admin matters e.g. claims management
