Introduction

Delivering premium multi-residential developments and bespoke high-end residential projects across Brisbane, this role will see you working closely alongside the Project Manager to ensure the successful financial and contractual management of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

What are you going to do 

  • Work closely alongside the Project Manager to support the succesful delievery of luxury multi residential projects.
  • Prepare, review, and administer head contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and variations
  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate subcontractor and supplier agrrements
  • Monitor project budgets, cost forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
  • Assess and process progres claims, invoices, and variations accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure projects remains on schedule and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Assist with tendering, scope reviews, and pre construction planning
  • Identity and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, WHS standards, and company procedures.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry
  • Strong experience delivering luxury custom homes and/or high-end multi-residential developments is essential
  • Proven background working on premium residential construction projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Brisbane market experience and local industry relationships highly regarded
