What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate structural construction and commissioning activities at site.
  • Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, plans, and project schedule.
  • Ensure all activities comply with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) and Quality requirements.
  • Manage the site workforce, including supervisors and construction teams.
  • Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and manpower required for structural activities.
  • Monitor daily progress and take corrective actions if work falls behind schedule.
  • Conduct and coordinate site inspections, testing, and verification of structural works.
  • Ensure proper implementation of HSSE procedures and safety standards.
  • Manage any changes in structural scope, plans, or work requirements during the project.
  • Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, HSSE records, inspection records, and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, contractors, and other disciplines.
  • Lead and mentor construction supervisors and site teams.
  • Ensure structural works are completed to the required quality, safety, and schedule standards.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 10-15+ years of overall construction experience.
  • Strong experience in structural construction/site supervision.
  • Ideally 5+ years in a Superintendent / Structural Supervisor / Construction Lead / Site Manager type of role.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, refinery, offshore/onshore, or industrial construction is highly relevant.
