Introduction

Our WA Owned and Operated Owned client is seeking a Construction Manager to manage their construction projects across the Perth metro area.

What are you going to do 

This role includes assignment of construction crews and equipment to projects, and overseeing construction project activities to ensure safety, environmental, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.

  • Manage the Construction team, including conducting performance reviews.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Company Management regularly.
  • Attend site and meetings as required.
  • Manage construction expenses in accordance with budgets.
  • Contribute to quoting and tendering of work.
  • Prepare, implement and monitor construction work programs.
  • Take a proactive approach towards the identification, development, review and improvement of safe work proced

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Significant experience in the civil/structural construction industry.
  • Supervisory training.
  • Strong planning and self-management abilities.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment medical checks.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Thorough understanding of HSE and Quality requirements.
  • Significant piling experience.
