Coating & Insulation Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day coating and insulation activities (surface prep, primers/topcoats, thermal insulation, cladding).
• Enforce HSE requirements and conduct toolbox talks/inspections.
• Review specs, procedures and datasheets; ensure correct materials and methods.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections (DFT, holiday testing, adhesion, profilometry).
• Manage crew and subcontractors, monitor productivity and record daily progress.
• Control materials (storage, batch traceability) and raise NCRs as needed.
• Drive corrective actions and maintain inspection/test records.
