What are you going to do 

  • Coordination of civil site activities between all suppliers
  • Follow up and active direction of civil companies to ensure compliance with design and respect of time schedule
  • Evaluate site installation status and take decisions (best for overall project) in case of conflicts
  • Reporting to project area managers about Civil Erection and Site Coordination, in case of issues to be followed up
  • Leading site team: tracking progress with the site team - reporting on and ahead of time in case of deviations - pushing suppliers to adhere the time schedule in case of delays
  • Leading daily/weekly erection meetings, issuing MoMs Able to work with, update and follow up civil schedule Scheduling skills and ability to work in scheduling software
  • Providing support to QA regarding quality monitoring of works Follow up and collection of information related to any claims from site
  • Work location Italy

Essential skills and knowledge 

- Languages: English Civil structural background - Previous experience on medium scale industrial projects >30m € - Proactive communication style, willing and able to involve different stakeholders in discussions and decisions - Working knowledge of safety procedures and norms Able to read and understand civil engineering documents - Team leadership, able to coordinate a team of site managers and specialists for each area of the project - Problem solving skillset, ability to take decisions and stick to them - IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, AutoCad, Navisworks
