Are you an experienced Civil & Structural Field Engineer ready to take on a challenging role in infrastructure and mining projects? Join us in Papua, Indonesia, where you will lead civil works in diverse terrains, requiring technical expertise and effective stakeholder management.

What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily construction activities such as road raising, slope remediation, and foundation work.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical experts. - Plan project schedules, monitor resources, and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards as per Indonesian regulations. - Conduct coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports on progress, material usage, and manpower allocation. - Identify and address project risks, focusing on critical path items.
- Mentor and oversee field engineers, subcontractors, and on-site foremen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure, mining, or energy projects. - Proven track record as a Site Manager or Lead Civil Engineer in remote terrains.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and permitting procedures. - Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and reporting systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Certifications in Construction Safety, PMP, or related areas are advantageous.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in civil works within mining or remote mountainous areas. - Knowledge of EPC contractor workflows and documentation processes.
- Experience in equipment mobilization and logistics planning for challenging sites.
