Business Analyst II (DRM Business Advisor)

The Business Analyst (Dynamic Revenue Management Business Advisor) acts as a strategic connector and communicator, ensuring insights from advanced analytics are clearly understood and effectively applied to business decisions. This role focuses on information gathering, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge sharing to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with EMIT/EMTEC teams in Agile processes, ensuring business perspectives are represented throughout development.
• Gather and synthesise business requirements for the Product Owner through active stakeholder engagement, aligning with revenue management objectives.
• Facilitate quarterly stewardship sessions with key business stakeholders.
• Conduct biweekly stewardship of product development with the Product Owner.
• Engage sales champions to promote understanding and adoption of new tools and features, addressing questions and feedback proactively.
• Use Azure Dashboards to coordinate testing and validation activities, ensuring business input is captured and communicated effectively.
• Monitor and report on model performance and adoption, providing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a working knowledge of COE products and analytical methods to support informed conversations with stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and note-taking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Basic experience with Azure Dashboards.
• Familiarity with project management and Agile principles/workflows.
