What are you going to do 

Join a critical initiative to implement an Enterprise Access Model (EAM) within a leading Australian mining organisation. As an IAM Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition by:

  • Assessing & documenting current-state IAM processes, KBs, and procedural controls impacted by the new model.
  • Recommending improvements to align access management with security best practices.
  • Developing clear communications to guide end-users through adoption and readiness.
  • Engaging stakeholders across operations, IT, and cyber teams to ensure buy-in and smooth implementation.
  • Supporting logistics for security key/token deployment and related support processes.

This role sits at the intersection of cyber, IAM, and business operations, making strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills essential.

Essential skills and knowledge 

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with IAM/Cyber exposure who has:

  • Experience in IAM, access governance, or cyber security projects (mining/industrial sectors a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills - able to map processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Stakeholder savvy - comfortable working with ops, IT, and security teams.
  • Clear communication - adept at creating user-friendly documentation and guidance.
  • Logistical coordination - experience with hardware/security token rollout is desirable.
