What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung und Überwachung von TGA-Projekten (z. B. HKLS, Elektro, MSR)
  • Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Gewerken und Fachplanern vor Ort
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Ausführung
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Kunden und Behörden
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts sowie Erstellung von Aufmaßen, Bautagebüchern und Abrechnungsunterlagen
  • Erkennen und Umsetzen von technischen Optimierungspotenzialen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung TGA, idealerweise in Großprojekten oder im Industrieumfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI, MS Office, ggf. auch in AutoCAD, MS Project oder iTWO
  • Reise- oder Einsatzbereitschaft je nach Projektstandort
  • Führerschein Klasse B

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
