What are you going to do

Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung von Hochbauprojekten
Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Fachplanern und Baustellenteams
Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen sowie Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
Einhaltung von VOB, HOAI und technischen Normen

Essential skills and knowledge

Ausbildung als Bautechniker, Polier oder abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Hochbau oder Schlüsselfertigbau
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, baurelevanten IT-Systemen
Führungsstärke, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Reisebereitschaft
