What are you going to do

Klären der Aufgabenstellung / Konzeptfindung und -erstellung von Planungsprojekten
Beschaffung von Planungsunterlagen; Archivbesuche; Abgleich von Unterlagen - Grundlagenermittlungen
Koordinations- und Abstimmungsgespräche mit dem Auftraggeber/Nutzer
Unterstützung von planerischen Aufgaben (LPH 1 - 5 nach HOAI) inkl. einfacher CAD-Konstruktion
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Wertung von Vergabeunterlagen (LPH 6 - 7 nach HOAI)
Objektüberwachende Tätigkeiten, Auftragsbetreuung von ausführenden Firmen, Koordination und Aufmaßprüfung / Rechnungsprüfung / Kostenkontrolle (LPH 8-9 nach HOAI).
Bauherrnvertretung in der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbares Studium (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker oder Bautechniker mit erster Erfahrung im Bereich Heinzung, Klima, Lüftung oder Sanitär auf Baustellen.
Gute Kenntnisse der geltenden Normen, Gesetze und anerkannten Regeln der Technik
Erste Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und im Vergaberecht (HOAI und VOB)
Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS Office und AVA-Software
Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz und gute Darstellungsfähigkeit von technischen Zusammenhängen in Wort und Schrift
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsmentalität. Hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strategischem Denken
