What are you going to do 

This position reports to the Grading and Packing Manager, assisting with daily grading operations, team coordination, and equipment and stock management. The role supports a safe, efficient workplace, encourages team growth, and helps drive ongoing improvements to meet productivity and operational targets.

Responsibilties:

  • Oversee grading and packing operations
  • Provide leadership support and coordinate teamactivities
  • Take ownership of safety and compliance
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and resources
  • Assist with planning, reporting and improvement

Essential skills and knowledge 

You Will:

  • Have a minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role within food manufacturing, agriculture or production
  • Experience in grading and packing
  • Have a sound understanding of workplace health & safety
  • Be diligent with records and reports
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environement
