What are you going to do

Koordination des End-to-End-Prozesses für die Registrierung und Risikobewertung von KI-Anwendungsfällen einschließlich des Stakeholder-Managements für Führungskräfte, das AI Committee, den Betriebsrat, HR, den Datenschutz und weitere Schnittstellen
Vorbereitung, Prüfung, Dokumentation und Genehmigung von KI-Risikobewertungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung (General Counsel)
Operative Verantwortung für das interne KI-Register
Erstellung und Pflege des entsprechenden Reportings zu den AI Governance Operations
Beratung und Orientierungshilfe zu übergeordneten KI-Governance-Themen
Koordination der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Förderung der KI-Kompetenz in Abstimmung mit lokalen und globalen Stakeholdern der Unternehmensgruppe
Überprüfung und Anpassung von Trainingsinhalten zur Gewährleistung von Relevanz und Compliance

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Künstliche Intelligenz, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbar erforderlich
Verständnis von KI-Gesetzgebungen (z.B. EU AI Act), AI Governance-Frameworks (Tools, Prozesse, Standards wie ISO 142001/47001) sowie modernen KI-Technologien notwendig
Starke Projektmanagement- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten notwendig
Fließende Deutsch- und Englichkenntnisse notwendig
