Introduction

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations within the office. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office and support managers, staff, and visitors.

What are you going to do 

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence (e.g., memos, emails, reports)

  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office records

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Support the team with document formatting, data entry, and basic bookkeeping

  • Welcome and assist visitors in the office

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports when needed

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Min. 7 years of experience as an administrative assistant or secretary

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Experience using office management tools (e.g., ERP systems, scheduling software)

  • Familiarity with basic accounting or HR support functions
