This is a strategic role responsible for leading the Human Resources function, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
Partner with senior business leaders and project management teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and succession planning.
Support manpower mobilization and staffing requirements for EPC projects and engineering operations.
Provide expert advice on Indonesian Employment Law, HR policies, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations issues.
Drive organizational development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives across corporate and project teams.
Collaborate with project directors, engineering managers, and department heads to optimize workforce capability and organizational effectiveness.
Monitor HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and talent metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across all business functions.
Support leadership development, talent reviews, and succession planning programs for critical positions.
Coordinate with regional and global HR stakeholders on strategic HR initiatives and reporting requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role.
Proven experience within the EPC, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Energy, Petrochemical, or major project environment.
Strong understanding of project-based workforce management and mobilization processes.
Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and project teams.
