Introductie

Als Quality Assurance Officer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van kwaliteit en GMP-compliance binnen een gereguleerde productieomgeving. Jij beoordeelt kritische documentatie, bewaakt gevalideerde processen en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je werkt nauw samen met Operations en Quality en hebt directe invloed op productvrijgave en inspectieresultaten. Een rol met verantwoordelijkheid, zichtbaarheid en impact.

Functieomschrijving

  • Review and approve GMP documentation, including protocols, reports, deviations and production records.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for GMP compliance during root cause investigations, change control and improvement activities.
  • Monitor and safeguard the validated status of GMP processes, systems and equipment.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and support the execution of corrective and preventive actions.

Vereisten

You are structured, pragmatic and confident in making quality-related decisions in complex environments. You communicate clearly, take ownership and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across quality and operations. In addition, you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and the ability to apply it in both routine and non-routine situations.
  • Experience with deviation management, change control, validation and audits.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational environments.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
