Location: Maasvlakte, Rotterdam

Contract: 12 Month Renewable

Brunel is sourcing for a QA/QC Manager to join one of the most exciting hydrogen projects in Europe.

It will be supporting the Engineering and Construction of a 200MW H2 Electrolyser Plant.

Functieomschrijving

Responsibilities:

  • Represents Global E&C Solutions towards the client, partners and sub-contractors in all QA/QC related issues
  • Assumes ownership and takes responsibility for the QA/QC system on site
  • Manages the QA/QC interfaces between disciplines at site as well as between partners and subcontractors
  • Demonstrates an inter-discipline mindset, intellectual and honest profile
  • Demonstrates beside relevant technical experience a strong management and leadership capability
  • Ensures the quality of the works according to our internal and international requirements
  • Provides realistic, reliable and verifiable reports on QA/QC issues, benchmarks, trends and achievement of milestones
  • Manages the communication and relation with the local authorities / inspection registered companies.
  • Participate to the technical audits of the contractors
  • Manage the Global E&C solution QA/QC team on site
  • Lead the functionality and permanent improvement of Electronic Site Documentation management system
  • Leading the preparation of Conformity Declaration package, and leading to its smooth achievement
  • Manage the Non-Conformity system at site

Vereisten

Background/Qualifications

  • Knowledge in EN 1090
  • Knowledge in ASME B31.3 & ASME VIII div 1
  • Knowledge in NEN regulation
  • Experience in all fields of construction (civil work; structure; structure; mechanical; piping and E&I)
  • Experience in PED certification
  • Experience in ATEX certification
  • Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement
  • EU nationality required for VISA/travel restriction purposes.
