As Manager Learning & Development, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on knowledge sharing, innovation and data-driven learning. You will translate the academy's vision and strategy into tangible initiatives while strengthening the connection between learning, knowledge management and technology. Working closely with stakeholders across R&D and other academies, you will drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of learning within a complex, international environment.

What will you do?

  • Lead the Knowledge Management, Innovation & Analytics team and support the professional growth and well-being of team members.
  • Drive, implement and operationalize the knowledge management and innovation roadmap.
  • Develop and deploy a self-service model that improves access to knowledge across the organization.
  • Integrate Knowledge Management into learning and development programs to enhance knowledge sharing and retention.
  • Introduce new learning technologies, AI solutions and innovative ways of working to improve scalability and impact.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, driving innovation, knowledge management and organizational development initiatives.

In addition, you have:

  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • At least 8 years of leadership and people management experience.
  • Experience within learning & development, knowledge management, organizational development or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning technology, innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with KPI development, dashboarding, analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Must live In the Netherlands, within 50 km from Eindhoven.
