Purpose The Contract Manager provides Contract Management support and execution for less complex projects or support Project or Senior CMs for Major projects or for the Group Contract Management department.
Responsibilities
- You manage Main Contracts.
- You manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
- You monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements, expedite disciplines where necessary, and highlight potential areas of concern.
- You ensure commercial and contractual awareness across the Project Team throughout the life of the project.
- You achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings, including clear record-keeping and regular commercial reporting.
- You provide Contract Feedback during the life of the project.
- You ensure Guarantee period management.
