This rebranding marks the latest step in Brunel’s integration of Advance Careers following its acquisition in 2024. The Advance Careers journey
Founded in 2014 by Neil Chandaria and Chris Wellock, Advance Careers brought together decades of recruitment experience from across Europe, Asia and Australia. The team quickly established a reputation for delivering exceptional recruitment and people solutions for Australia’s energy and sustainability sectors – particularly for highly skilled technical and niche roles associated with emerging technologies.
Acquired by Brunel in 2024, the Advanced Careers team continued to excel at connecting energy and utilities clients with elite-level talent. In February 2026, Advanced Careers officially rebranded as Brunel, continuing to deliver the same exceptional service as Brunel's renewables and energy transition specialists.
