About this role
- Manage the delivery of commercial construction projects valued up to $60M.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, programming and overall project performance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Manage procurement, subcontract negotiations, variations and contractual obligations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements and agreed timeframes.
- Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues as they arise.
- Lead project teams and drive accountability across all stages of delivery.
Is this you?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 4+ years experience as a Project Manager with a commercial building head contractor.
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects around $50M.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, procurement and cost management.
- Confident managing project teams, subcontractors and client relationships.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects through to successful completion.
- MUST have Australian experience
