About this role

Develop, plan, schedule and coordinate short, medium and long term operation and maintenance activities for power generation plant and facilities.

  • Coordinate major overhauls and other strategic maintenance programmes.
  • Validating durations and sequencing with engineering, maintenance, operations, and contractors
  • Organise the availability of resources, both material and human, to undertake maintenance and operations activities to meet contractual obligations.
  • Develop work scopes and schedules for internal and external maintenance work.
  • Request quotes and raise purchase requisitions to vendors in line with the requirements of the scope.
  • Organise maintenance outage projects in accordance with budget, to time targets whilst maintaining quality standards.

Is this you?

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner/Scheduler within power generation, outages, utilities, oil & gas, or heavy industry

  • Strong outage planning experience (highly regarded)

  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software

  • Solid understanding of shutdown/outage coordination and brownfield environments

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
