About this role

Responsibilities:

  • As Senior Principal Planner, you will apply your extensive expertise to develop and maintain logically linked, multidisciplinary schedules for complex marine scope installation projects.
  • You will lead schedule risk analysis, quality checks using Deltek Fuse, and facilitate risk review meetings.
  • Your role is pivotal in managing critical path activities, resource loading, and earned value integration to ensure project milestones are met.
  • You will identify potential delays, recommend recovery plans, and support project baseline creation while mentoring junior planners.
  • Your advanced skills in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel will drive schedule integrity and performance analysis for large-scale subsea fabrication and installation efforts.

Is this you?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Management or equivalent technical experience
  • 15+ years EPCIC experience in subsea/offshore oil and gas projects, including fabrication of subsea modules (e.g., PLEM/PLET)
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities (curves, histograms, dynamic tables, formulas)
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and maintain logically linked activity schedules aligned with EPCIC precedence flow and best practices
  • Experience running Acumen Fuse for schedule quality analysis and performing schedule risk analysis
  • Strong understanding of project logic, flow, and resource loading matched to earned value systems
  • Skilled in producing and assessing progress curves, variance reports, and critical paths
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams and senior management
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and deliver complex planning solutions under tight deadlines
