Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourced a Learning Specialist / Advisor to support the deployment of SAP S/4HANA learning solutions across the Australian business. This will be a contract role up to December 2027, based in the Perth CBD.

About this role

Reporting to the Change Management Lead, this role will partner with global teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to design, develop and deploy learning materials, manage training delivery activities, and support learning governance and compliance requirements.

  • Design and develop learning solutions and role-based curricula using SAP S/HANA
  • Create instructor-led training materials, job aids, simulations and videos
  • Partner with global teams and vendors to localise learning content
  • Support curriculum development and learning deployment planning
  • Engage with business leaders, SMEs and project stakeholders regarding learning activities and schedules
  • Utilise Workday Learning, Degreed (iLearn), CMS and WalkMe
  • Support UAT activities, deployment, reporting and adoption tracking
  • Maintain learning governance, standards and documentation
  • Coordinate training scheduling, tracking and deployment activities
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts and deliverables

Is this you?

  • Experience designing and developing learning solutions in SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience developing instructor-led and digital learning resources
  • Experience working with learning technologies and learning management systems
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors
